On the 1st of June, "LAND" signed a worldwide publishing deal with
Universal Music Publishing Group Turkey on the singles "Advent of
Angels" and "You take the Waters" !

Karlshamne, Švedijoje vykstančio aplink Baltijos jūrą esančių šalių dainų konkurso organizatoriai atkreipė dėmesį į grupės LAND kūrinį po šių metų pasaulinės muzikos verslo parodos MIDEM (Kanuose, Prancūzijoje). Ten į jų akiratį pakliuvo „Music Export Lithuania“ parengtas rinkinys „Note Lithuania“ su LAND daina „Without You“ iš debiutinio grupės albumo „You Take The Waters“.
Šis kvietimas labai nudžiugino grupės narius, kartu sukeldamas sąmyšį. Pasirodo konkursas vyks tomis pačiomis dienomis, kaip ir didžiausias šios vasaros festivalis Latvijoje POSITIVUS AB, į kurį LAND jau pakviesti groti, beje, kaip ir projekto „Baltic New Music Chart“ 2007-2008 sezono nugalėtoja Živilė Bagdonaitė su grupe. Festivalis vyks liepos 18-19 dienomis su tokiomis pasaulinėmis muzikos žvaigždėmis, kaip TRAVIS, MANIC STREET PREACHERS, TIMO MAAS ir pačiu FATBOY SLIM!
Dėl datų sutapimo grupė nusprendė „perleisti“ savo kvietimą senam bičiuliui, muzikantui ir vokalistui Feliksui, su kuriuo LAND įkūrėjas Rodionas daugiau nei 10 metų grojo Lietuvoje žinomoje grupėje MERLIN. Feliksas „Baltic Song Contest“ atstovaus Lietuvą jau liepos 17-19 dienomis ir kartu su dainininke Taja atliks Rodiono sukurtas dainas „Without You“ ir „How About You“.

We're just want to say it's been two years since our debut album "You take
the waters" was released in our homeland Lithuania .The title song - a
duet with Lithuanian singer Taja - has reached number 5 position on
Latvian radio SWH top 40. And the remix of this song reached number 1
position on "Power Hit radio top 15"in Lithuania.
At the moment the next step from our work is trio song project "Advent
Of Angels"
this song has an anti-war message was performed by three different
artists who actually have never met in person,just online, because we
sent the "demo" to a lot
of different music companies around the world in order to find singers
who would like to join the project.
After many days and nights Fridrik Omar from
Iceland (www.myspace.com/fridriksings) and Isaac Lim from Malaysia
(www.myspace.com/eeisaaclim) agreed to take part and record this
song. This is the first pop/rock international trio song project in
Lithuania ever.I think it turned out really interesting.
